Anti-Counterfeit Forum postponed to September 10

The Anti-Counterfeit Forum’s 11th annual seminar, which was to have been held on Wednesday April1, has now been postponed until September 10.

The decision has been taken “in the light of steadily escalating travel restrictions and anticipating the probability that all gatherings of significant numbers will either be prohibited or voluntarily postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak,” said organiser Roger Rogowski.

“Flights between some countries have already stopped and we anticipate that more restrictions will be put in place in the next few weeks. We are also aware that some organisations have already either advised against or prohibited their staff from taking any avoidable business travel,” he added.

The postponed seminar will still be hosted by BAE Systems in Farnborough and the organisers are contacting all speakers and exhibitors to ensure that the event will run as planned in September.
