Interactive Coding Equipment (ICE), UK leader in high-quality coding and marking solutions for the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, printing and DIY industries, is investing in a new state-of-the-art warehouse as part of its continuing business development programme.
The additional space provided by the 2,478 square foot split-level warehouse will enable ICE to build, store and ship more orders, further enhance its commitment to responsive service, and allow the business to expand its wide range of coding solutions into new markets.
The Nottingham-based company, which celebrated its 15th anniversary last year, has installed over 9,000 machines for more than a thousand customers since it was founded in 2001. The business enjoys a strong reputation for innovation and high quality customer service across a range of technologies, including thermal transfer, thermal inkjet, large character marking, and print and apply labelling.
ICE’s ongoing success and growth are also demonstrated by the fact that in the past two years alone its workforce has increased by a further 60 per cent – from 45 to 72.
“We are confident that our new warehouse will allow us to take our continuing expansion to the next level,” says Chris Simpson, Founding Director. “It is just one example of the progressive changes we are making within the business to ensure we remain at the forefront of the coding market.”
