Perfume’s Club barred from selling fake RevitaLash goods

European online cosmetics retailer Perfume’s Club has said it will halt all sales of RevitaLash cosmetics products, in another legal victory for the brand’s parent company Athena Cosmetics.

US, California-based Athena sued Perfume’s Club after discovering illegal knockoffs of its products on the platform, which according to an Athena statement had been sourced from an online wholesale company – named as Alito SRO – that is based in the Czech Republic.

Perfume’s Club has agreed to halt all sales of RevitaLash products worldwide after a year-long legal tussle, according to an Athena statement. The outcome follows victories in trademark infringement lawsuits brought against AMN Distribution and its owner Moishe Newman.
